Intro:

Passionate about real estate, passionate about you!

Experience:

Nadia began her real estate career in 2008, working for a well-known builder/developer in the Ooltewah/East Brainerd areas. She quickly moved up the ladder from Office Assistant to Contracts Manager, to Director of Sales and Marketing at the company in the 8 years that she was there. When the builder retired, Nadia transitioned to traditional real estate sales with national and local firms. While her primary experience is in new home sales and marketing, Nadia has a diverse background of working with seasoned homeowners, first-time buyers, and everything in-between! Nadia is 2022 graduate of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Leadership Academy. She was recently appointed to the Industrial Development Committee for the City of Chattanooga.

Nadia is a Chattanooga native and attended Chattanooga State for her associate degree in Biochemistry, then the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for her undergraduate studies in Business Management, Business Marketing, and Entrepreneurship (triple major). She went on to earn her graduate degree (MBA) from UTC in 2014.

Specialties:

I am extremely proud of the homes in Whisper Creek at Windstone. I personally designed many of the floor plans and lot layouts, and every time I drive through that development, my heart bursts with pride. Building a new home can seem daunting, but I work very hard to help my clients enjoy the process. My experience in the new construction industry has truly made a difference in how my clients approach the idea of building their dream home.

I am also very proud of my work with clients who are dealing with an estate sale situation. That is another stressful experience that can be less overwhelming when you have someone in your corner who has experience navigating those nuances.

Fun Facts About Me:

Outside of career and educational pursuits, I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I have been together since 2009 and we have two kiddos. Our daughter is keeping us busy with cheerleading competitions and our son loves all the sports, especially football and basketball. My sweet chocolate labradoodle, Charlotte, is the sunshine in my day, and my 17-year-old Himalayan cat keeps us all entertained. When I have a moment for myself, I enjoy fitness classes at the YMCA. Going fishing or laying out by the pool are also great ways to spend the day :-)

Summary:

My clients mean the world to me -- your goals are my goals. I take every transaction very personally and do my best to be the best agent for the scenario, whether we are discussing floor plan ideas, touring all the homes in an established neighborhood, or navigating the complexities of selling your parent's old home, I am here for you 100%.

Client Success Stories

  1. One of my favorite new construction stories is of a client who had her heart set on heart pine flooring. It was a tribute to her late husband and having that particular flooring in her home meant a great deal to her. It was not an easy upgrade to accommodate, given that the floors had to literally be sourced from a forest in Vermont, and there are VERY specific details and instructions on how to install and care for this type of wood. But the joy in her spirit when that home was complete made all of the hard work worth it. (And they turned out extremely pretty and unique.)
  2. My most interesting home sale involving an estate was quite a doozy. The owners had moved to assisted living and their son was navigating the process of cleaning out the home they'd been in for over 30 years. To complicate matters, he lived out of town -- and to further complicate things, this transaction was in process at the beginning of the pandemic. In the middle of the estate sale, the world shut down... with a house full of items that must be moved out within 30 days. It took us a few weeks of private yard sales and a very large dumpster, but we made the deadline. The final hurdle to closing was personally delivering all of the closing documents to the assisted living facility (in Nashville), arranging for the facility to have the documents signed since no one was allowed in or out of the building not even their son, and then of course comes the happy day of handing the keys to the new owners.
